Imprinting for all products: (Unless noted with the speciifc item) Prices include one color imprint on one side. Add $30.00 screen charge for camera-ready art. F.O.B. EDINA, MN 55439. Production time for all products: 5-14 business days Unimprinted 1-2 days. 3-Day Rush Service - 55% upcharge. Shipment will be made 3 days from receipt of approved art as items are available. Prepayment required unless approved by the credit department. Artwork:  Please email artwork to nick@oasispromotionalproducts.com  acceptable files (.eps, .ai, .cdr, .pdf, .jpg, .tif).  If you don't have artwork please let us know what you are looking to have printed and we can put together some ideas for you.  All orders will receive a final proof before production.

Allow normal lead time. If an order results, there will be no additional art or screen charges if no changes are made. Plastic items can scratch easily. Darker and clear colored items will show scratches more then lighter colored items.  Scratches on plastic are within acceptable industry standards and are not considered defective.   Cancellation charges: All costs before order cancellation will be invoiced. Re-orders: No screen charge for re-orders within three years of original invoice date. Shipping: F.O.B. Minneapolis, MN. Generally UPS GroundTrac. Please authorize air service for shipments that must meet an axact date. Returns: All claims must be made within 30 days of the invoice date. Authorization by us must be made before merchandise is returned.
